Endplates, also known as top plates or baseplates are available in 304SS or 6061-T6 Aluminum. Endplates can be used in conjunction with our series of chambers built on the Chamber Builder™.

Standard Features

Manufactured from 304 stainless steel or 6061-t6 aluminum

Disc-shaped, 1" thick
ISO K style flange
ISO F style flange
Conflat
Male & female wire-seal

Flat units have a polished sealing surface to accept an o-ring or l-gasket seal
O-ring sealed endplates capable of reaching high vacuum (hv) levels
Conflat and wire-seal flanges capable of reaching ultra high vacuum (uhv) levels

Available Options

Designed to have a customizable port configuration on the Chamber Builder™
Hydra~Cool™ & double wall water cooling available for this product
Radial mounting tabs
Standard frames – carbon steel
