KJLC's Technical Information Service
Although the basic concepts of vacuum technology are fairly simple, they are not always intuitive. Adding confusion is the huge range of processes, applications and materials to which vacuum technology is applied these days. We started in vacuum technology in April 1954 and have faced many, perhaps most, of the challenges vacuum offer. Through our own research department, we have also developed an excellent understanding of thin film deposition methods.
We are delighted to share this knowledge with our customers, and others, who have specific questions. For example, do you have a vacuum compatibility question or want the pump-down time for a particular vacuum arrangement? We will help! The service is free and there are just two caveats:
- We probably won't answer questions posed by our competitors
- KJLC customers' questions are answered first
