New Employee Onboarding
Our new hire onboarding program is designed to equip new hires with the essential knowledge they need to succeed at the Kurt J. Lesker Company. The program includes in-person and online classroom-style training sessions led by experienced KJLC professionals. During these sessions, new hires will learn about our company's mission, values, culture, policies, safety, and procedures. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to meet and network with their peers, managers, and mentors.
