Circular Economy
Our circular economy strategy focuses on a closed looped system that emphasizes reuse, refurbish, remanufacture, and recycle. As part of our strategy, we have expanded our company's service business to include pump repair services and materials reclaim. This encourages our customers to get items refurbished through us rather than buying new. We have also transitioned our company packaging to a recyclable option.

Employee development ensures a company's longevity. This is why at the KJLC we work to provide our employees with endless opportunities for quality development. We do this by offering both internal and external opportunities that allow employees to learn new skills, expand their knowledge, and explore cross functional capabilities.


Continual Improvement
Continual improvement is what runs our processes and operations here at the Kurt J. Lesker Company. Our strive to be better is endless. We have created a submission system for the monitorization and tracking of CI projects. Within submissions, CIs can be broken down by subcategory (safety/sustainability). The company encourages the completion of CI submissions through incorporating them into both company and employee yearly goals.
