Thermocouple Feedthrough Probes
The thermocouple feedthrough probes offer an alternative to normal in-vacuum connections for thermocouple measurement. In lieu of the normal 'hot junction' that is attached to regular paired thermocouple feedthroughs, the probes are encased in a stainless steel or inconel sheath that is mated directly to the flange. The probe is bendable to any orientation in vacuum and allows easier manipulation than bare wires to place the measurement tip in close proximity to the area that the temperature is to be measured. Rated for high and ultrahigh vacuum applications (depending on mounting termination).

- Type J, K, E, T, & N Thermocouple Styles
- Include miniature air-side connectors
- Temperature measurement junction encased in bendable metal sheath, stainless steel or inconel available
