Spherical Vacuum Chambers

Spherical chambers are popular for surface science, pulsed laser deposition and UHV applications. It is a geometrically strong shape, allowing for many ports focusing on one or more points.

Notes:

Standard sizes are now available with 316L bodies and 316LN flanges. Also available with electropolished finish.

• Chamber Body Manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel Hemispheres
• ConFlat^® Style Flanges (Through-Hole)
• Radial Ports Focused on Chamber Center
• Spherical Chambers Bakeable to 400°C When Fitted With Copper Gaskets
• *Note: Items Mounted to Chamber Ports May Not Be Capable of Sustaining a 400°C Bake, Use Caution With Elevated Temperatures
• Capable of Reaching Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) Levels
• Part Numbers Below Ending With 'EP' Have an Electropolished Finish Inside & Outside
