Solid Shaft Ferro-Magnetic Fluid Rotary Feedthroughs

Solid shaft drives have both an atmospheric and vacuum side shaft in order to directly translate rotary motion into a vacuum environment. Many customers will directly motorize the unit by attaching onto the atmospheric shaft.

Multiple flange/body types are available including CF, O-ring Flange, Baseplate (Jam nut), Thread Mount, etc.
