Hollow Shaft Ferro-Magnetic Fluid Rotary Feedthroughs

Hollow shaft drives are utilized when the user has an existing shaft of known size that they wish to insert through this unit to allow rotary motion to pass into a vacuum environment. These units can replace existing vacuum shafts or spindles which use dynamic o-ring seals.

Multiple flange/body types are available including CF, O-ring Flange, Cartridge, etc.
