Notes:

  1. It is suggested to not go below a 50 mV output for control.
  2. The following equation is an example for a 0-10 VDC output capacitance manometer. Please refer to the manual of your capacitance manometer to confirm the equation.
  3. Equation to convert output to pressure: p = (Uout / 10 V) x p (F.S.)
  4. ie. 0.05 V Uout for a 1000 F.S. unit : (0.05 V / 10 V) x 1000 = 5 Torr
