SMB Feedthroughs - CF Flange, Single-Ended

These instrumentation feedthroughs have SMB coaxial connectors on the air-side. The alumina insulated 416 stainless steel conductor is rated at 375V at a maximum current of 1.4A. An air-side SMB cable plug is included with the feedthrough but vacuum-side connectors are not. With CF flanges (and the cable disconnected) these feedthroughs are bakeable to 450°C and are UHV-compatible.
