Multi-Pin Micro D Push-On Feedthrough - CF Flanged
These multi-pin instrument feedthroughs have D-shaped connectors on both air-side and vacuum-side and meet MIL-DTL-83513/2 interface standard on the atmosphere side. The vacuum side mates with KJLC series FTAMDV series cable assemblies. Each (gold-flashed) Be/Cu alloy conductor is ceramic insulated and rated for 300V at a maximum current of 3A. Neither the air-side nor vacuum-side cable assemblies are included with the feedthrough. With CF flanges (air-side cable disconnected) and a PEEK insulated plug on the vacuum-side, these feedthroughs are bakeable to 200°C.
