Double-Faced ConFlat® (CF) UHV Flanges

Double-faced CF flanges feature the same sized knife-edged sealing surface on both sides. The CF flange is the most widely used for high vacuum and UHV applications. Many gauges, instruments, accessories and feedthroughs are available on this flange system.

Double-Faced Flange Features:

  • Different from reducer flanges which adapt two different flange sizes
  • Through-hole bolt holes (tapped bolt hole versions available -- please contact us)
ISO Standard KJLC flanges & gaskets are compatible with flanges produced to the ISO3669-2017 & ASTM E2734/E2734M-10 standards.
