DN10CF (1" OD (25.4mm)) 316L SS Standard ConFlat® (CF) Flanges

As technological demands in vacuum research progress, there is an increasing need to make the best use of chamber space.

The Micro CF flanges have an outer diameter of just 1" (25.4mm). Using Micro CF flanges enable assemblies such as cluster flanges and instrument service collars to be manufactured more compactly saving critical space. A total of seven Micro CF flanges can be fitted on a 4.5" OD (114mm) flange.

The Micro CF flange is accepted within the international standards framework (ISO), and provides a solution for system designer and integrators around the world.
