Isolation Valve (Suggested)	An isolation valve allows the KJLC Element RGA to be isolated while not in use to reduce contamination and/or allows for the KJLC Element RGA to be removed from the chamber without having to vent to atmosphere. A 2.75" CF isolation valve is suggested.	Manual Valves: SA0150MCCF Pneumatic Valves: SA0150PCCF, SE024D4XX	KJLC Angle Valve, Mounting hardware, and solenoid (only for pneumatic valve).
Heater Jacket Kits (Suggested)	A heater jacket kit provides a method to uniformly bake-out the KJLC Element RGA to reduce or remove contamination. The KJLC Element RGA can be baked out to 300°C while the electronics removed, 200°C while the Faraday Cup only is in operation, or 150°C while the Electron Multiplier is in operation.
