Accessories for the KJLC Element
Note: Below you will find common accessories for an RGA that will help maintain the life of the unit. If you do not see an accessory that you need, please contact your local KJLC Sales Representative.
Product | Description | Suggested Part Number | Components Needed |
---|---|---|---|
Isolation Valve (Suggested) | An isolation valve allows the KJLC Element RGA to be isolated while not in use to reduce contamination and/or allows for the KJLC Element RGA to be removed from the chamber without having to vent to atmosphere. A 2.75" CF isolation valve is suggested. |
Manual Valves: SA0150MCCF
Pneumatic Valves: SA0150PCCF, SE024D4XX |
KJLC Angle Valve, Mounting hardware, and solenoid (only for pneumatic valve). |
Heater Jacket Kits (Suggested) | A heater jacket kit provides a method to uniformly bake-out the KJLC Element RGA to reduce or remove contamination. The KJLC Element RGA can be baked out to 300°C while the electronics removed, 200°C while the Faraday Cup only is in operation, or 150°C while the Electron Multiplier is in operation. You still need to keep the electronics at or below 50°C however. |
961-029-G1 (US 120V) 961-029-G2 (DE 240V) 961-029-G3 (UK 240V) |
All heater jackets kits include Heater Jacket, Power Cord, Mounting Kits, and Cable set. |
Extension Tube (Included) | An extension tube allows the RGA sensor to be mounted outside of the chamber to reduce line of sight and possible contamination. An 8" extension tube is suggested. |
Custom Nipple Builder
FN-C3113080 |
Extension tube included with KJLC Element RGA. |
Communication Cable (Included) | Ethernet cable needed to connect the RGA to a laptop for communication. | — | 10ft. cable included with KJLC Element RGA. 7m and 15 m cables available in accessories table. |
Connecting Hardware (Included) | Hardware used to connect the KJLC Element RGA to the chamber. | — | DN40CF gasket, nuts, and bolts are included with the KJLC Element RGA. |
Power Supply (Required) | Standard power supply to power the RGA. |
ELE163600 (US Power Supply) ELE163601 (EU Power Supply) ELE163602 (UK Power Supply) |
Region specific power supply kit includes power supply and appropriate cable. |
