KJLC® 375 Series Panel Mount / Benchtop Gauge Controller

The 375 controllers are ideal for new applications as well as low-cost drop-in replacements to the MKS / Granville-Phillips^® 375 and 475 vacuum gauge controllers.

• Wide measuring range lets you monitor your vacuum system from 10^-4 to 1,000 Torr (10^-4 to 1,333 mbar) with a single gauge
• Performance identical to existing competitor's gauges
• Less prone to damage from mechanical shock or vibration than competitor's tubes
• Less outgassing and faster response to pressure changes than competitor's tubes
• Includes two set points, user-selectable analog output, and RS-232/485 interfaces
• Analog output is configurable as a non-linear S-curve, log-linear, or user-scalable linear
• Space-saving 1/8 DIN panel mount housing which can also be used as a benchtop unit
• Powered by 12–28 VDC or optional universal 100–240 VAC power supply
• CE marked, RoHS compliant
• NIST traceable calibration certificates available upon request. Note that this request must be made upon order of the unit.
• Power supply and interconnect cable sold separately.
• Gauges are calibrated for direct readout of nitrogen or air. Do not attempt to use with other gases unless accurate conversion data for N₂ to the other gas is properly used.
