Features

  • Designed and rated for high and ultra-high vacuum applications
  • Constructed of vacuum-grade materials, including high-purity alumina ceramic insulation, 304 stainless steel or low-expansion Kovar weldable lips, and vacuum grade braze alloys
  • CF flanged breaks feature one fixed and one rotatable flange (through-hole bolt holes)
  • Available in tube sizes ranging from 1/2" to 8" nominal diameters
  • Larger-diameter assemblies have tapered seals to minimize stress caused by differential expansion during thermal cycling
