Air Side Crimp Cabling Instructions
1) Exploded View
1) Unscrew Clamp/Boot from Back Shell, unscrew Back Shell from Front Shell Assembly and remove Nut.
2) Feed wires through the Clamp/Boot, Back Shell, and Nut, strip wires and solder to contacts. Contacts may be soldered without disassembly of the front shell assembly, though, if any noticeable melting or deformation of insulator occurs it is recommended to stop and disassemble the front shell assembly as shown in the exploded view.
3) Position Nut over front shell shoulder, thread Back Shell onto Front Shell Assembly, and thread Clamp/Boot onto Back Shell. Tighten Clamp screws to provide strain relief to cable.
Vacuum Side Crimp Cabling Instructions
1) Exploded View
1) Unscrew Clamp from Back Shell, unscrew Back Shell from Front Shell Assembly and remove Nut.
2) Remove Retaining Ring to release Insulator Cap, feed wire bundle through the Clamp, Back Shell, and Nut. Strip individual wires, feed through Insulator Cap, and crimp to Contacts. Replace Insulator Cap and lock in place with Retaining Ring.
3) Position Nut over front shell shoulder, thread Back Shell onto Front Shell Assembly, and thread Clamp/Boot onto Back Shell. Tighten Clamp screws to provide strain relief to cable.
