KF (QF) HV to Hose Tubulations

Flange to port adapters allow the mating of a KF (QF) flange to a particular type of port or tubulation. All of our flange to port adapters are manufactured from 304 series stainless steel (unless otherwise noted).

Flange to Port Adapter Types:

• KF to 1" Baseplate Port -- Adapter fits through a 1" diameter hole in a baseplate or chamber wall used for connecting a roughing pump or other KF flanged component to the chamber.
• KF to Hose Tubulation -- Available in either stainless steel or aluminum, they connect a KF flange to a plastic or rubber vacuum hose
• KF to Test Port -- KF flange terminating in a tube with an O.D. that fits either a 1-1/8" or 2" O.D. test port
• KF to Welch Pump Port -- Substitutes for the regular intake hose coupling on the pump. Threads into the pump inlet, enabling direct connection to the foreline by the KF flange.
